hello ladies
i have a request - i have just heard of a young woman of 18 who could use some inspiration and sisterhood in the sacramento area - is there a temple group for young ones there - or any kind of womens gatherings that offers mentoring or insprirationa and support in the ways of positive love rather than any kind of pity or problem solving -
what i know is that she is a young beautiful woman from a small town , living on her own in a big city for the first time - Attracting some intense experiences toward from a variety of men . My sense when i heard of her situation was to gather resources and possibilities for her to send her way so she knows she has options and support . Dance groups , womens living situations , 5 rythms dance work , any thing you all may know of the sacramento area that might serve to be inspiring and helpful to this precious budding flower - would be so appreciated - i could pass it on to her.
thank you

Namaste Ixeeya!

how amazing to hear from you, to feel your amazing spirit and wild heart...Your Divine Dance sounds just wonderful, and your Gypsy Home Spa...what can I say? I just bow down at your dancing feet...

~ From Traveling Goddess Chameli

Even in the stillness there is the dance!

Hello beautiful women - Ixeeya here , in Boulder Co. Amazing we get to connect in this way !
Feeling hope in the circles and circles of women that are gathering! As we continue to remember and step forward into these new incarnations of womens culture and utitilize the glory of these modern times to serve the divine- i feel a softfening in my heart , a deeper breath and a deeper well of grace and compassion to live from - thank you all for your committment to love and truth .
Recenlty i had some health issues offer a clear message to be still and find home - So after much travel and creative offerings out in the world i am grounding here in Boulder Co. In the stillness what keeps revealing itself to me is the Divine Dance - in the stillness i have articulated my life's experiences of god through the dance , and the call to priestess together through the dance. I am called to offer this out to the world - to gather with circles of women and offer these journeys and tools that have been passed on to me .
I am offering this workshop in Denver.
I would like to invite you all if your in the area to join us! As well as offer my services to any of you in your home towns - i would love to visit your circles and bring this dance offering to you.
For more information on this dance practice visit dancethelight.blogspot.com. If your interested in hosting me in your area - please be in touch i would love to connect with you . 3034421301

The Temple of Divine Feminine Flow - A Growing Network

written by Helena Montelius
for www.sphereswomenscircles.com

I am grateful to have this chance to share about the Temple groups and our unique practices. Most of our work is non-verbal and deeply experiential but I will try my best to give you a taste through words.
Imagine an Indian Temple Ritual or a Bedouin Wedding with women ecstatically dancing and praying, celebrating the divine and each other, expressing everything that is in their hearts, then slowly coming to stillness, drinking each other in trough the eyes and like in a tribal women’s gathering; massaging and nourishing each other’s bodies, except without clay, henna or manure. The women leave the Temple fulfilled, grateful and open.
This could be an evening in the Nevada City Temple Group, which my dear sister Chameli and I founded in Feb.2005. We both had been involved in many different women’s groups and meditation practices and longed to create a new and deeper way of connecting with women. A circle where we could go beyond the mind and our personal stories and enter the spaciousness of our true nature in a feminine, allowing way.
In Temple everything is welcome, we share both our pain and joy as gifts, creating art and prayers through our bodies and voices, allowing the deeply feeling feminine heart a safe oasis. We share our stories and wisdom without words.
When we do talk, it is within certain inquiry practices such as: Tell me what it is like to live as an embodiment of love or: Tell me what your deepest longing is: Tell me what the feminine is. We also practice becoming the energy of each season and different Goddesses, speaking as that season or Goddess.
We touch, massage, caress and connect through our bodies, filling each other up with feminine juice and love (in a non-sexual way). Only women can do that for each other, as most women in indigenous cultures know. In the West we have lost the natural physical closeness with other women, trying to get that nourishment from our men instead.
Our Temple is open every Monday night, a “Temple Mama” is guiding the evening (Chameli or myself or someone we have trained) and you come to Temple when you can. We recognize the cyclical nature of the feminine and don’t want Temple to be another demanding commitment.
The Temple practices have deeply enriched our lives and seem to fill an empty spot in many women’s heart. Most women simply sigh and say: “I have been longing for this my whole life!” The Temple women feel more able to be present in love with their families, juicier with their partners and more capable of speaking up in their work situations. We endeavor to carry the awakened feminine heart into the world, radiating compassion and truth into whatever projects or types of work we are involved with.
Chameli and I are so happy and grateful that the Temple of Divine Feminine Flow is expanding into an international network with groups in California, Texas, Oregon, Sweden, Germany and soon in Idaho and New York.

Small Circle Ritual to Share:
• Stand close together with your hips touching and come to silence and take some deep breaths. Spend a few minutes gazing into each other’s eyes, then pair up with another women.
• One is the receiver and the other partner will give the “Temple Rinse.” Let your hands gently rest on her head and then stroke her whole body, all the way down to her feet. Repeat the stroke many times, moving around her and stroking every side of her body, imagining rinsing away any tensions and stress, helping her to come into the present moment and her body. Without speaking, change over.
• Then play some flowing music with a sensual beat and let each woman have her own space, with closed eyes, to move her body. Let the movements arise from within, opening all areas of your body. Breathing deep.
• After 15-20 minutes of individual movement, come into a circle again and, without speaking, each woman moves into the middle and share what is present for her, using her body and sounds. Allowing everything: playfulness, divine grace, rage or whatever else is present. Come to closing by holding hands and sharing gratitude through the eyes.

Tempelgroup in Karlstad

Dear Chameli and all other women I have met in womensgroups,
I am so thankful for that I can experience all this together with you all. I gather some women once a month in Karlstad and we breath, dance, look into eachothers eyes, touching, caring, and really meet beyond the words. When I look around and find all the soft and soothing feelings around in the group my heart realy feels a lot more open and soft. It´s not so hard any more. It´s so fantastic that we can come so close eachother on such a short time (I have my groups in 3 hours). I find this a very good place to share our experiences. Thank you all!

Stjärnsund, Sweden

Yesterday evening 14 women came to my house after a long summer. Giving eachother space to be.
Through our hands, eyes, bodies and senses. Breathing together and after some time resting together listening to the rain.
And washed away some of the stress and separation we often fall into.
We meet every other week for two hours and I`m already looking forward to the next time.
